🌞 Summer Camp 2026 (Hamilton) 🌞

Hands-on culinary adventures for curious young chefs.

🍫 Chocolatier Summer Camp Week (Ages 7–12): A full week dedicated to the art of chocolate making. Campers explore molding, decorating, flavour pairing, and creative chocolate techniques while developing confidence, collaboration, and friendships in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Duration: 5 Days (July 20th – 24th)

🧁 North American Baking Week (Ages 7 -12): From classic cookies to beloved baked treats, this camp celebrates baking traditions from across North America. Campers build foundational baking skills, learn kitchen safety, and enjoy the satisfaction of creating and sharing their own baked goods.

Duration: 5 Days (July 27th – 31st, August 10th – 14th)

🥐 Parisian Baking Week (Ages 9 -14): Inspired by French pâtisseries, this immersive camp introduces campers to elegant baking techniques and refined flavours. Participants learn precision, patience, and presentation while crafting European-style desserts in a creative, collaborative setting.

Duration: 4 Days (August 4th – 7th)

🧑‍🍳 Young Chefs Culinary Week (Ages 9 -14): A true culinary experience where young chefs learn essential cooking skills, teamwork, and kitchen confidence. Throughout the week, campers prepare savoury and sweet dishes, culminating in a special Family Feast they plan, cook, and proudly serve.

Sophia and her friends (and the adult guests too) all loved the party and had a ton of fun.  The chocolatier you sent, Nathalia, was lovely and informative and was somehow able to capture the attention of ten children aged 4-8, which is still a mystery to me as to how she did so! Just like our last Chocolate Tales party for my older daughter Amelia, the quality of the chocolate was superb (and I’m quite a chocolate connoisseur) and after the setup and clean up all done by Nathalia, one could hardly tell that a messy party just took place! I would definitely recommend Chocolate Tales to anyone looking for something different and I love that you cater to people with food allergies.  Some friends and I are looking forward to taking some of your workshops in your Hamilton studio!

The chocolate activities typically last between 60-90 minutes, depending on your package of choice. We recommend a 2-hour party time frame to ensure enough time for kids to create their chocolate masterpieces and enjoy the celebration.
