Do you deliver?
We offer free contactless delivery across Hamilton and the GTA, with FREE shipping days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Sunday deliveries based on demand.

How much will shipping cost?
- Our local free delivery zone is Hamilton and the GTA.
- If you’re outside our local free delivery zone, use our shipping calculator at checkout for exact shipping costs. We ship with Canada Post or FedEx.
- For international orders we ship with DHL – and please note that customs charges may apply.
How long will it take for my chocolate to reach me?
We craft our specialty chocolates from scratch as you order them, which means that it may take 3-6 business days for us to prepare your order. Then please allow time for Canada Post, FedEx, or DHL to reach you. If you need your chocolate by a certain date, let us know in the “notes” section at checkout, or firstname.lastname@example.org with the date, and we’ll do our best to get everything to you on time.
In the summer (from May to September) we avoid shipping orders on Fridays, to ensure your chocolate doesn’t melt in a warehouse over the weekend.
Will my chocolate melt in transit?
We’re happy to provide a melt-free guarantee on all express shipping options, and we take as many precautions as possible for all standard shipping orders. During the summer (from May to September) we provide protective climate control eco-packaging for your order free of charge. This includes an ice pack and biodegradable insulation to keep your chocolate cold on its journey.
And again, in the summer we avoid shipping orders on Fridays, to ensure your chocolate doesn’t melt in a warehouse over the weekend.
Can I buy made-to-order chocolates?

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on chocolate.
